COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Berger Lahr WDP 5-318.05100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Curtis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bio-rad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Curtis such as the 12982301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMM40000 manufactured by Bio-rad and we are pleased to be able to service most Bio-rad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDA75R by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand HVX005A14A1B1C4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carotron such as CDC340000 equipment made by Carotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carotron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 131B1524 made by Danfoss as well as the popular CNC6FC55030AD000AA0 original spares produced by Cnc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15KWserverASDA1521MA by Delta and CDC340000 spares by Carotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MO02967 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc. |
